Mr. Gautam Doshi is the Group Managing Director of Reliance –Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (Reliance ADAG) and is on the board of number of well-known public limited companies. He started out as a part-time lecturer in Accountancy and Auditing at the S.I.E.S. Institute of Management and at the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics between 1978 and 1991. He then went on to become the Chairman of the Indirect Taxation Committee of the Indian Merchant Chambers for the years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001. Prior to his taking up his current assignments at Reliance ADAG he was with RSM & Co., a well known firm of Chartered Accountants. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a very wide and extensive experience and expertise in areas covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Income-tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects.

Mr. Doshi was elected for two consecutive terms to the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1997 and was Chairman of the Board of Studies, Fiscal Laws Committee, etc. He was elected for three consecutive terms to the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1976 and was elected to the post of Treasurer in 1977-1978 and Chairman in 1982-1983. He presented papers and led discussions on subjects of Income-Tax, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects at various Seminars, Conferences and Refresher Courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Costs and Works Accountants, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Chamber of Income-Tax Consultants, Forum of Free Enterprises, Bombay Management Association, institute of Internal Auditors and various other organizations.

He was Chairman of the Indirect Taxation Committee of the Indian Merchant Chambers for the years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001. Mr. Doshi has also represented India and presented a paper on "Value Added Tax" at the 5th SAFA Conference on Fiscal and Corporate Innovations in SAARC Countries held in Lahore.
Mr. Amit Khanna is the Chairman of Reliance Entertainment Private Limited, Director of Reliance BIG TV Ltd., a part of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. He started his film career as an Executive Producer with Actor – Producer, Dev Anand's “NAV KETAN” in 1971. He has written lyrics for 400 film & non-film songs including many all-time hits as well as a dozen feature film scripts which include award winning films like “SAARANSH”. He also directed India’s first music video with Nazia and Zoeb Hassan in 1984. He pioneered Business News on Indian Television. In 1980, he produced his first feature film “MAN PASAND".  In the Eighties, he wrote and directed critically acclaimed films "SHEESHAY KA GHAR" and "SHESH" and several documentaries. One of the first independent Producers of TV programming in India, Amit Khanna, set up PLUS CHANNEL in 1990, India's first entertainment conglomerate where he produced 10 feature films, over 3000 hours of original TV programming and over 1000 music albums in various genres and languages.

Mr. Khanna has been involved with media since school. He has worked in Theatre, Radio, Television, Journalism, Films and new Media. He is a pioneer in the Converged Media space. He writes extensively on Media in various magazines and newspapers including Times of India, Hindustan Times, Economic Times, DNA and Business Standard and several website. He was the President - All India Film Producers Council, Film and Television Producers Guild of India Ltd., for three terms and Vice President of Association of Motion Picture and TV Program Producers for 17 years. He has been on the Governing Councils of the Film Institutes in both Pune and Kolkatta. He was the first Indian to serve on the international Emmy’s Jury. He has also been on the Jury of film festivals. Besides serving on various International, Government and Trade organizations and Institutions, he has won several awards including three national awards for films.
Mr. Sujal Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant having a post qualification experience of 17 years. He has recently started his own practicing firm SSPA & Co, Chartered Accountants, before which he was a partner with M/s. N.M. Raiji & Co. and M/s. Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants handling the Corporate Consultancy practice. His main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of companies, valuation of business / shares, due diligence review, etc. He has also written papers on subjects of Valuations and Restructuring for Western India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS). He is a regular contributor to the Referencer published by the BCAS. He is Hon. Treasurer of the Chamber of Tax Consultants for the year 2007-2008. In the past, he has addressed seminars and conferences on various subjects such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Due Diligence Reviews, Auditing and Assurance Standards etc.
Mr. Pradeep Shah is an eminent Practicing Chartered Accountant and also a partner with M/s. Chandrakant & Sevantilal, Chartered Accountants and also three other Associate firms. He has Co-authored various Commentaries on the Finance Act, since 1991, (published as part of Handbook to Income Tax Act,1961 by Taxmann), VDIS, 1997, Kar Vivad Samadhan Scheme, Taxation on Demerger,1999, New Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) payable by Companies, Law relating to transfer pricing etc.

Mr. Shah has conceived and designed software – Instavat for giving all India information about Sales Tax/VAT Statutes and Rates. He has also written various Articles on Direct & Indirect Taxes in Tax Magazines.
Mr. Anil Sekhri is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with more than 25 years experience. After a short stint with the Hero Group of Industries in 1981-1983 as CFO and Company Secretary of one of their Group Companies at Ludhiana, he set up his own practice Anil Sekhri & Co. He soon began to specialise in issues relating to the Media and Entertainment Industry focusing on accounting, taxation and legal matters and has gradually built a reputation as leading advisor to a wide cross-section of film industry professionals and businesses. His key clients include film producers such as Vinod Chopra Films, Prakash Jha Productions, Sony Pictures Entertainment Private Limited and Raj Kumar Santoshi Cinema Company as well as artistes such as the Deol family, Priyanka Chopra, David Dhawan, Raj Kumar Hirani and many more. He has also been advisor to major Hindi films such as Heyy Babyy, Lage Raho Munnabhai, Munnabhai MBBS, Parineeta, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, Mission Kashmir, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Ghatak and several others.
Mr. Darius Jehangir Kakalia is Partner at Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe (Advocates, Solicitors & Notaries) since 1992 after joining as article clerk and becoming Assistant Solicitor in 1976. A former lecturer in Law at K.C. Law College and Examiner in Law at University of Bombay, he also had stints as Solicitor of the Bombay High Court, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. His areas of practice include civil litigation, including arbitration and electricity laws, documentation relating to infrastructure projects, joint ventures and collaborations, issue of global depository receipts for raising finance from foreign investors and documents and due diligence in connection therewith, documentation relating to formation of companies, mergers and amalgamations and power projects as well as other commercial and real estate documentation.
